There are so many things that make this InMotion RS Lite an incredible scooter. It has a massive 72v 30aH battery, two 1500W motors, and InMotion's highly regarded Raptor controllers. I have installed PMT Stradale tires. PMT tires are the only scooter tires that are steel-belted and made with real rubber. I have also installed a high-lumen lights to increase my vision, but also to make me visible to others. The carbon-fiber handlebars are wider than the stock handlebars, which helps with stability when riding fast. The carbon-fiber is lighter than the material of the stock handlebars, as well.
With that being said, I do not think the InMotion RS Lite is for everybody. Here are three reasons that this scooter is for a more advanced rider:
- It is heavy! The scooter itself weighs almost 120lbs.
- It's fast! I've gotten mine to 61mph in gear 3/4. For a new rider, that is way too fast
- It's big! If you are somebody who is going to want to throw it in the back of your car, this scooter is not for you.
